Job Title: Head Chef
Location: Dope, Western Region, United Arab Emirates

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an innovative and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen and elevate our menu offerings.
Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and creative Head Chef to join our team at Dope. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international cuisine and a deep understanding of menu development. You will be responsible for creating new dishes, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and design new menus that reflect the diversity of international cuisine.
  • Experiment with new recipes and presentation styles to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
  • Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
  • Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with management to create seasonal promotions and special events.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Strong understanding of international cuisines and culinary techniques.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for menu development and innovation.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
