At Ambassador International Academy, we combine the IB framework and philosophy with some of the world renowned numeracy, literacy and scientific understandings of the English National Curriculum in our teaching and learning activities.
Our academic programmes (curricula) are designed to provide students with exciting learning opportunities which are as challenging as they are rewarding. The International Baccalaureate provides a curriculum framework and an educational philosophy that allows our team of expert teachers to design activities that prepare our students academically and holistically for the world beyond Ambassador International Academy.
We require our leaders to possess the following:

Bachelors of Education or high-quality Degree and PGCE
Preferably a Masters degree in a relevant subject or NPQSL/NPQH leadership qualification
3 years' senior leadership experience, with preference for candidates with Kindergarten experience
Preference for candidates with UAE senior leadership experience

Our Pre-kindergarten and Kindergarten 1 and 2 classes along with our Grades 1 to 5, follow the IB PYP (Primary Years Programme), students in middle year Grade 6 to Grade 10 follow the IB MYP (Middle Years Programme). In Grades 11 and 12 students follow the IBDP (Diploma Programme). We also aim to offer the IBCP (IB Careers Related Programme) alongside the IB DP as the school expands.
