The Role
RAK Academy is seeking to appoint a Head of Teaching and Learning to lead Teaching and Learning across the academy. The Head of Teaching and Learning will take the lead, working with Heads of School, Senior Leaders, Middle Leaders, Teachers and Academic Support Staff, in the development of Teaching and Learning within all RAK Academy schools. This role involves direct responsibility for ensuring that standards of teaching and learning are continually improved by leading and encouraging Academy wide research and implementation of global best practice. These will be externally validated through inspection and accreditation agencies and authorities and internally monitored to ensure they meet targets set out within RAK Academy’s strategic plan.

Remuneration Package
- Attractive tax-free salary inclusive of housing allowance
- Flights at the beginning and end of contract for employee, spouse and dependents 18 years and below.
- Medical coverage for employee, spouse and 2 dependent children 18 years and below
- Annual travel allowance for employee, spouse and dependents 18 years old and below.
- Two free school places for children 18 years old and below.
