Job Title: HR Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Compensation & Benefits Specialist for one of our well reputed clients with at least 10 years of proven experience in designing, managing, and administering compensation and benefits programs. The Compensation & Benefits Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the company’s pay structure and benefits package are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and administer compensation structures, salary scales, and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees.
• Conduct regular salary surveys and market analysis to ensure the company remains competitive within the UAE labor market.
• Review and create job descriptions, ensuring they are aligned with the company's goals and regulatory requirements.
• Draft and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines related to compensation, benefits, and job classifications.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations, particularly with regard to pay, benefits, and employee entitlements.
• Manage the full cycle of job evaluations, grading, and classification to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization.
• Oversee employee benefits programs including health insurance, pensions, and other welfare initiatives.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and HR colleagues on compensation-related matters, such as salary reviews, promotions, and bonuses.
• Monitor internal equity and ensure the organization’s pay practices are fair and in line with industry standards.
• Develop and maintain a compensation and benefits budget and ensure cost-effective administration.
• Assist in employee performance evaluations and ensure they are aligned with compensation and incentive programs.
• Keep up to date with trends in compensation and benefits within the UAE and broader Middle East region.
• Support HR in handling employee inquiries about compensation, job classification, and benefits.
• Contribute to workforce planning and help develop strategies for rewarding high-performing employees.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or a related HR role within major companies.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations, particularly those related to compensation and benefits.
• Proficiency in producing job descriptions, HR policies, and procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Age range 30 to 35 years, with a strong and confident personality.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
