Job Title: Inspection Executive - Mobile Retail
Location: Ajman, United Arab Emirates
Job Summary: We are looking for an Inspection Executive to oversee quality and compliance in our mobile retail shops. The ideal candidate will ensure that store operations meet company standards and deliver excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of mobile retail shops to ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Evaluate the presentation of products and adherence to merchandising guidelines.
• Assess staff performance and customer service quality.
• Document inspection results and prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with store management to implement improvement plans.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on best practices and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in retail, business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in retail inspection or quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of mobile retail operations and customer service.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with inventory management systems and retail compliance standards.
• Ability to work independently and travel to multiple locations as needed.
