Job Title: Interior Designer / Architect (with G+1 Certification)

Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Interior Designer/Architect with a G+1 certification to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, planning, and executing interior and construction projects, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and functionality. This role will involve collaboration with clients, engineers, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts, layouts, and plans for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, and renderings.
• Oversee the project from initial design to completion, ensuring compliance with building regulations, including G+1 requirements.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain effective communication with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and construction technologies.
• Responsible for handling permit applications, submitting required documents, and coordinating inspections.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• G+1 certification is a must.
• Proven experience in interior design, architecture, and construction projects in the UAE.
• Proficiency in design software such as Auto CAD, Sketch Up, 3D Max, Revit, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of UAE building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
