Content & Creative
A rare opportunity to join Instinctif Partners’ strong Content & Creative (C&C) team, which is experiencing fast growth across the GCC. C&C mainly focuses on corporate reporting, from content and design to digital and film.
Responsibilities and skills
On a day-to-day basis, the designer will:

• Receive project briefs from project managers and senior consultants.
• Work alongside the design team to develop concepts and designs for Annual and Sustainability reports.
• Lay out the content based on the approved art direction provided by the team.
• Amend existing designs after receiving feedback from the team and client.
• Utilise knowledge in typography, photography and layout principles to arrange content in a way that is aesthetically pleasing and easy to read.
• Support with typesetting (converting text from a word document into a digital or printed annual report).
• Communicate clearly with the project manager and applying changes to the report with a fast turnaround.

Other Responsibilities:

• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage workload to meet deadlines.
• Support on designing client presentations and other requested material (such as newsletters).
• Research corporate reporting design trends and best practices to ensure that our designs are innovative and effective.
• Support other teams on internal marketing and new pitches and proposals.
• Create social media posts and other marketing material for the company.

Skill Qualifications

• University degree or higher education
• Technical knowledge in Adobe In Design, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
• Strong organisation and planning skills
• Deep understanding of typography, colour, layout and design principles
• Preferably knowledge of Corporate Reporting design rules (Annual Reports)
• Ability to work quickly to meet tight deadlines
• Collaborating well within a team
• Attention to detail

Requirements

• Resident of United Arab Emirates (with active visa and medical insurance)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Preferably fluent in both English and Arabic
• Portfolio and CV showing a background in graphic design or similar
