Learning Support Assistant 1:1
Kings’ School Dubai Inclusion Team is seeking outstanding Learning Support Assistants 1:1 to join our excellent and highly successful department full time.
This is a superb opportunity for an aspiring, imaginative and inspirational Learning Support Assistants to join an outstanding, creative, innovative and supportive team.

The successful candidates will need to:

Hold a bachelor's degree or high school certificate
The ability to manage school refusal and behavior needs
Appropriate training in strategies used to support anxiety and school refusal
Willingness to attend external training to support role and work closely with outside agencies
Have an in depth understanding of how to support social and emotional needs
Have the ability to develop excellent relationships with children
In depth knowledge of the KS1 and lower KS2 curriculum
In depth knowledge of the Read Write Inc
Experience in working with dyslexic learners
In depth knowledge and understanding of how to differentiate work to close academic gaps
In depth understanding of a range of academic interventions
