MIEA Properties LLC is eagerly looking for a seasoned and professional Real Estate Sales/Leasing Coordinator with thorough experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.

Responsibilities:

• Provide constant guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers along with Assigned Agent/Agents in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
• Update the database of clients, owners, landlords, and property management through telephonic conversations and emails.
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, offer letters, receipts, MOU, invoices etc.)

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven working experience in Real Estate or in any Customer Service Position in Abu Dhabi
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
