General mission
You will be part of the Hermès Parfum et Beauté MEIA team, based in Dubai, reporting to the Marketing Manager, and collaborating with all internal and external stakeholders.
Your role will be to help in the construction of the Hermès Parfum et Beauté image across the region.

Zones covered: MEIA (Middle East, India and Africa)

Main missions


2/ E-COMMERCE ACTIVATION

• Opening of new e-commerce platforms across the region
• Follow up of the online activation calendar while animating current and new websites
• Ensuring proper VM on all platforms

3/ VISUAL MERCHANDISING ACTIVATION

• Help in the development of the Visual Merchandising Plan for perfumes and make up in our spaces (Local Market, Travel Retail)

5/ TRANSVERSAL MISSIONS

• Assistance in the preparation of the 2 regional annual seminars and budget follow up
• Assistance in the Quarterly Reporting consolidation (merchandising, trade, media)
• Processing suppliers’ invoices and completing the follow up charts
• Helping with multiple office daily tasks (team meeting organizations, team buildings, etc…)

Profile

• Degree in business or marketing with internships or experience across similar cited roles
• Strong interest in Fragrances, Beauty, and Hermès core values
• Fluent in English (French is a plus)
• Advanced office automation skills: Word, Excel, Power Point
• Listening and observation skills with great autonomy
• Manage different projects, showing rigor, organization, and autonomy
• Ability to work with various interlocutors by relying on interpersonal skills and adaptability

Our métier: the creation, production and distribution of perfumes, ancillaries and beauty products.
More than 700 employees work at our various sites both in France (including Paris and the industrial site of Le Vaudreuil) and internationally.

Our distribution extends to 15,000 points of sale throughout the world, including 450 Hermès stores and Hermès Fragrance and Beauty Personalised Spaces.

We have an ambitious growth strategy including the development of our Beauty collection along with the implementation of new distribution models and industrial methods.

Since it was founded in 1977, the industrial site in Le Vaudreuil (Eure) has been developing formulas, producing Hermès fragrances, ancillaries and beauty products including packaging design, as well as managing all the logistics and supply chain steps through to delivery to our clients and counters worldwide. Approximately 351 employees currently work at the site.

The Paris Headquarters comprises around 240 employees (including regional sector managers and personalized space sales teams): product development, communication, international management and operational development, visual merchandising, merchandising, PR & events, international training, operations, e-commerce, finance, IT, and HR.

To date, around 130 employees are spread internationally in Germany, Belgium, Holland, United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, USA, Canada, Hong Kong, China, and the United Arab Emirates.
