• Plan, execute, build and develop marketing strategies, marketing activities & advertisement.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities by communicating with industry professionals to create a strong network.
• Work with individual attorneys to plan and execute strategic goals and create marketing plans to support their respective practice areas.
• Writing company articles and press releases and maintaining the website and overall digital marketing strategy with content that aligns with the goals of the firm.
• Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.
• Provide strategic advice to law firm leadership, mainly focusing on expanding relationships with existing clients, generating new business opportunities, and developing new projects and initiatives.
• Ensure the company is profitable by gaining new customers, maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients, expanding the customer base, building the company’s reputation, and improving customer interactions through direct contact, word of mouth and collaborating with the marketing department.
• Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes by attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
• Responsible for photo and video shoots for the employees.
• Study and develop the services and conduct effective training for Executive Marketing Specialist.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce effective communication materials.
