Overview of the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Products Service Technician to take on the service responsibility for our Ingersoll Rand brand products, including air compressors and air dryers. This role requires a proactive individual who can troubleshoot, service, and overhaul equipment efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving service revenue targets.

Overview of the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Products Service Technician to take on the service responsibility for our Ingersoll Rand brand products, including air compressors and air dryers. This role requires a proactive individual who can troubleshoot, service, and overhaul equipment efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving service revenue targets.
What You Will Do:
- Service Operations: Assume responsibility for servicing, overhauling, and troubleshooting Ingersoll Rand air compressors, air dryers, and related products.
- Field Work: Travel within the UAE and abroad, including onshore and offshore oil field platforms, to conduct service activities.
- Revenue Contribution: Collaborate with the Industrial Product Service team to achieve service labor and total service revenue targets without redo activities.
- Customer Care: Maintain the highest level of customer care and satisfaction through effective service delivery.
- Reporting: Create and maintain sound reports in English to document service activities and outcomes.
Required Skills to Be Successful:
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in servicing and troubleshooting Ingersoll Rand pneumatic tools, hoists, winches, and air compressors.
- Mechanical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical aspects of industrial products, especially in relation to air compressors and air dryers.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Field Readiness: Willingness to work at end-user sites and perform fieldwork as required.
- Positive Attitude: A positive attitude and strong team support skills are essential.

What Equips You for the Role:
- Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma or Engineering Degree from a government-recognized institute in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience with reputable franchised dealers, distributors, or organizations, particularly in service roles.
- Job-Specific Skills: Comprehensive product knowledge and troubleshooting skills, especially in the overhaul of air compressors and dryers, as well as project experience related to these products.
- Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
