About the role
We have an incredible opportunity in our Akira Back venue for an experienced Mixologist to join us in our growing hotel! As the mixologist you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the bar to ensure our guests receive an exceptional service.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and specifically cocktail making as you will assist with maintaining the beverage menu. You will also be responsible for mentoring and supervising your team members in the bar.

- Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques
- Ability to respond to customer requests
- Awareness of local health and safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using bar equipment
