Al Amal Medical Centre is a well-established healthcare facility located in the heart of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. We are committed to providing high-quality medical care to our patients, and we are seeking a dedicated and experienced MOH-registered GP to join our team.
Job Summary:will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in a variety of settings, including outpatient clinics, inpatient wards, and emergency departments. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and compassionate individual with excellent clinical skills and a strong commitment to patient care.
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Specialist to join our healthcare team. The Pediatric Specialist will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing health concerns in infants, children, and adolescents, providing both preventive and acute care. This role requires a deep understanding of children's physical, emotional, and developmental needs, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with young patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough medical assessments of pediatric patients, including examinations, medical histories, and diagnostic tests.
- Diagnose and treat common pediatric illnesses, infections, injuries, and chronic conditions.
- Administer and interpret lab tests and other diagnostics, collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Educate parents and caregivers on health management, preventive care, and treatment plans tailored to the child's age and developmental stage.
- Provide vaccination and immunization services, keeping up-to-date with current pediatric guidelines.
- Monitor and track child development and address any physical, behavioral, or emotional concerns.
- Support and manage patients with chronic conditions, such as asthma, diabetes, and allergies, developing personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate, detailed medical records and follow ethical and legal healthcare protocols.
- Stay informed about advancements in pediatric medicine, participating in ongoing education and professional development.
- Medical degree with specialization in Pediatrics.
- Valid medical license and board certification in Pediatrics.
- Strong communication skills, especially with children and parents.
- Knowledge of pediatric medical guidelines, healthcare regulations, and patient safety standards.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach with the ability to connect with young patients.
