Job Description
As a Performance Marketer at APIL Properties, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing performance-driven marketing campaigns to attract and convert leads. Your role will involve leveraging data and analytics to maximize ROI and achieve our marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms. Generate insights and reports to inform strategy adjustments.
Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns for better performance by conducting A/B testing, adjusting targeting, and improving ad copy and creative.
Lead Generation: Drive qualified leads and increase conversion rates through targeted and strategic marketing efforts.
Budget Management: Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, content, and creative teams to align marketing strategies with company goals and ensure cohesive messaging.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to keep our marketing strategies competitive and innovative.

Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience as a Performance Marketer or in a similar role, preferably within the real estate or related industry.
Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, etc.). Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing best practices.
Creativity: Ability to develop creative and compelling ad copy and marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
