You’ll need to have:

• Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
• Construction & Market Knowledge.
• High value/complexity tender expertise.
• International main contractor experience.
• Personal effectiveness e.g. stakeholder management, effective communicator.
• People person/positively engaging.
• Leads others /coaches /develops others.
• Role model/best in class/expert.
• Cradle to grave strategy roll out.
• Potential to lead global teams/department.
• Can delegate for BUD lead/owners.

You’ll also have:

• CIPS qualified.
• Demonstratable track record in a senior leadership/director role (or equivalent).
• Excellent understanding of wider management principles and techniques.
