Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on sales, purchases, mortgages, and overall property management. The Property Consultant will need to stay up-to-date on regional trends, demographics, zoning, and real estate regulations in order to provide superior customer service and conduct transactions with transparency and integrity.
Qualifications

• Consulting and communication skills
• Customer service and sales skills
• Real estate knowledge and experience
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
• A valid UAE driver's license and reliable transportation is preferred
