We are hiring Quality Control Manager for our Dubai office located out of Jebbel Ali Free Zone. The job description is mentioned below:
1. Management of overall quality control activities.
2.Preparation, review and updation of quality control (chemical, microbiology) SOPs, specifications and method of analysis for raw materials, packaging materials and finished products.
3.Review and release of raw materials, packaging materials and finished products through SAP.
4.Handling of QMS activities such as OOS, Deviations, CAPA, Change Control’s and Market complaints.
5.Review and approval of new vendor/supplier documents based upon the analytical results.
6.Imparting training to the personnel.
7.Preparation and review of protocols related to stability, analytical validation and qualification.
8.Ensuring the safety and GMP within the quality control laboratory.
9.Ensuring the maintenance, calibration and qualification of quality control instruments and equipment.
10.Ensuring the availability of resources.
11.Co-ordination with production, quality and warehouse for the timely release of the products.
12.Involved in the MRM meeting.
13.Planning and executing the NPD projects as and when required.
