Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Broker at KAYE & CO. located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for brokerage services, customer service, sales, and managing real property. The day-to-day tasks may include conducting property viewings, negotiating lease agreements, providing market analysis, and building relationships with clients and investors.
· You will be dealing with the sale and rental of prime residential property within Dubai, UAE.
· Canvassing for properties, cold calling, and prospecting new potential leads/clients
· Talking to sellers/landlords and building a network of relationships.
· Preparing CMA’s for the homeowners and taking or arranging photography for the listings
· Entering all new properties on CRM (Propspace) for marketing purposes.
· Handling inquiries from prospective buyers and tenants
· Qualifying new inquiries, matching requirements with available inventory, and conducting viewings
· Negotiating deals between the two parties,
· Closing deals, attending DLD for the transaction of titles,
· Consulting and updating clients on the latest market trends
· Regular calls to all clients to build long-term business relationships

Qualifications
Experience in real estate brokerage and sales
Knowledge of Dubai real estate is a plus
Knowledge of the local real estate market and property regulations
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and investors
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
Experience in managing real property
Proficiency in relevant software and tools
Relevant certifications and licenses
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
