Job Description

The job requires a motivated data scientist who has experience in data management, data analytics, data visualization, knowledge management, business intelligence and institutional research. The incumbent will support the decision-making process and projects related to knowledge management, strategic planning and quality assurance. The candidate will assume the following Tasks and Responsibilities: • Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data. • Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns. • Design, develop, and maintain interactive and complex data visualizations and dashboards using complex datasets from different sources. • Implement best practices to ensure dashboard design consistency for best user experience. • Build solution driven views and dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or another BI Suite • Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes • Design, build, and test predictive models, machine-learning algorithms, and programs. • Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex data sets, and translate it into actionable conclusions.

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems, or related fields with 5+ years’ of data analysis and visualization experience.

Preferred Qualification

Master Degree in Data Science with 3+ years’ of working experience.

Expected Skills

At least 3 years of proven experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst.
