Job Description:
Rodrigue Guifo General Security Guard Services is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Security Manager to oversee and manage our security operations. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in security management, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining safety and order across various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day security operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.
Manage and train security personnel, ensuring all staff adhere to regulatory standards.
Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and reviews to ensure effective security measures.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide consistent communication on security operations and updates.
Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years of work experience in the UAE in security-related roles.
SIRA Security Manager License is mandatory.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing large security teams.
Ability to respond effectively to emergencies and incidents with a strategic approach.
