Job Title: Civil Site Engineer (Scaffolding)

Key Responsibilities:
As a Civil Site Engineer specializing in scaffolding, you will be responsible for overseeing the scaffolding operations and ensuring that they are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all regulations. Your duties will include:

• Scaffolding Design & Planning: Assist in the preparation and design of scaffolding systems, ensuring they are appropriate for the project needs and site conditions.
• Site Supervision: Manage daily scaffolding activities, ensuring work is carried out according to design specifications and safety standards.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure scaffolding structures are installed and maintained correctly, adhering to industry standards.
• Coordination: Work closely with other site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and that scaffolding operations align with overall project timelines.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols on-site, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to scaffolding safety regulations.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of scaffolding installations, inspections, and any necessary repairs or modifications.
• Problem-Solving: Address any scaffolding-related challenges that may arise on site, offering solutions to minimize delays and disruptions.
• Training: Assist in the training and development of on-site personnel regarding scaffolding practices, safety measures, and operational procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• At least 1-3 years of experience as a Civil Site Engineer with a focus on scaffolding.
• Solid understanding of scaffolding design and installation, as well as safety standards (OSHA, local regulations).
• UAE Driver’s License is required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
