Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Home Automation Engineer to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, configuring, and maintaining home automation systems, including smart lighting, security systems, climate control, and entertainment systems. A valid UAE driver's license is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and Setup:
- Install and configure home automation systems, including smart lighting, security systems, HVAC controls, and home entertainment systems.
- Ensure proper integration of various components to create a seamless smart home experience for clients.
- System Maintenance and Support:
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of home automation systems.
- Provide technical support and resolve issues for clients in a timely manner.
- Client Consultation:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Offer expert advice on the best home automation solutions and products to meet their requirements.
- System Upgrades:
- Stay updated on the latest home automation technologies and products.
- Recommend and implement system upgrades to improve functionality and efficiency.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of installations, configurations, and maintenance activities.
- Prepare detailed reports on the status and performance of installed systems.
- Proven experience as a Home Automation Technician or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of home automation systems and components.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid UAE driver's license is mandatory.
- Relevant certifications in home automation or related fields are preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient in installing and configuring smart home devices.
- Familiarity with networking and wireless technologies.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
