Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker/Psychologist to join our school community. The candidate will play a key role in supporting students' emotional and psychological well-being, providing guidance on social issues, and promoting a positive and inclusive school environment. This role requires working closely with students, parents, and staff to ensure the holistic development of the students.


Key Responsibilities:


Provide individual and group counseling to students dealing with academic, social, or emotional challenges.
Address issues such as bullying, social relationships, and behavioral management.
Support students with mental health concerns, providing appropriate referrals when necessary.
Work with parents, teachers, and the school leadership team to develop intervention strategies.
Promote a positive school climate that fosters student well-being and engagement.
Assist in developing and implementing school-wide programs to improve mental health awareness.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure all documentation is handled with care and in line with school policies.
Qualifications and Skills:


Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a Master’s Degree in Psychology.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the education sector, preferably in a school setting.
Strong understanding of child and adolescent psychology.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents.
