Job Description:
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Agents with a proven track record in selling off-plan properties. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the off-plan property market in the UAE, including project development trends, key locations, and developer relationships. You will work closely with clients to identify the best investment opportunities in new developments and off-plan projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on selling off-plan properties from a wide range of exclusive developments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and clients.
- Provide expert advice on current and upcoming off-plan projects.
- Assist clients in navigating the purchase process, from reservation to contract signing.
- Conduct site visits and present off-plan properties to prospective buyers.
- Stay up-to-date with new off-plan developments, market trends, and pricing strategies.
- Negotiate terms and finalize sales, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and market activity.
- At least 1 year of experience in UAE real estate, with a focus on off-plan property sales.
- Proven success in selling off-plan projects or pre-construction properties.
- In-depth knowledge of the UAE off-plan property market, including key developers and new projects.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and manage client expectations.
- Fluent in [English]
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations relating to off-plan property transactions.
