Job overview
The successful candidate should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (with specialization in the assigned area of responsibility) for KG for C1.
- Current teaching credentials from an accredited academic institution/Legislative body or its equivalency.
- Minimum IELTS score 6.5-8.0 or its equivalency as per ADEC Public Schools (P-12) Policy Manual (Native level Speakers of English are Exempt).
- Knowledge of pedagogy, curriculum, assessment, student learning, management of student behavior, teaching and learning strategies.
- Subject specific knowledge.
- Skills, including behavior management, conflict management, and lesson planning.
- Relationship management skills with colleagues, parents and students.
- Communication skills and ability to adapt to all levels.
- Organizational Skills.
- Change Management Skills.
