We are hiring an activity / wellbeing coordinator to provide a high standard of activities as well as wellbeing support for our residents.
Applicants will be required:

• To take residents out on a 1:1 and group basis.
• Provide meaningful activity and wellbeing supports.
• Complete documentation and activity care related plans.
• Work alongside the activity and care staff.
• Be motivated and enthusiastic.
• Reliable and caring.

Hillcroft is a 34 bedded residential care home which holds an 11 bedded dementia unit. Experience is preferred but not required.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
