Overview:
This role is an excellent opportunity for a high school student to expand beyond the traditional baby-sitting role. As an aftercare provider you will gain professional experience working with children who have autism and other disabilities. This role could easily transition into a Behavior Technician role.
Qualifications: Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 16 years old
• Ability to obtain a work permit
• Reliable and consistent attendance
• Availability to work 2-5 days per week
• Work hours 4:15-6:30
• Enjoy working with children
• Care for children ages 2-7 diagnosed with autism within ratio of 1:3
• Energetic and ability to engage in play activities
• Ability to work independently after initial training
• Sound judgement
