ANTECEDENTES Y PROPÓSITO DEL CARGO
Esta posición asegura la coherencia y la calidad de la gestión de marca WFP en Venezuela. Aporta una mirada de innovación a la gestión de contenidos y al trabajo creativo en la unidad de Comunicación, y desarrolla alianzas creativas que involucren a audiencias de interés estratégico.
1. Asegurar la coherencia de la marca WFP en Venezuela, el uso y cumplimiento de estándares corporativos, y las aplicaciones locales de la marca.
2. Produce contenido visual innovador y de calidad para proyectos, eventos y/o campañas, en las distintas plataformas corporativas y/o programáticas.
3. Lidera procesos de co-creación y validación con audiencias de interés estratégico.
4. Lidera procesos de análisis, investigación o evaluación sobre el posicionamiento de la marca WFP en Venezuela, la eficacia del trabajo creativo y de contenidos. Propone formas de refinar, mejorar el trabajo creativo y de marca en función de esos aprendizajes.
5. Aporta al desarrollo de iniciativas de sostenibilidad/responsabilidad/innovación en la relación con proveedores de servicios de Comunicación (uso de material reciclado, reutilización de material de visibilidad, etc.).
6. Cuando necesario, supervisa el co-branding y/o el uso de marca de donantes/aliados.
7. Coordina el trabajo de creativos especializados en ilustración, animación, infográfico, para asegurar calidad y coherencia de la marca.
8. Cuando requerido, apoya procesos administrativos complejos o de largo plazo: actualización de acuerdos de largo plazo con proveedores; eventos de carácter estratégico, entre otros.
Educación: Formación universitaria en Diseño gráfico, Artes visuales, Comunicación o materias relacionadas.
Autoorganización y priorización.
Creatividad y pensamiento innovador.
Trabajo colaborativo y en equipo.
Excelente comunicación oral y escrita.
Español (requerido)
Inglés (competencias básicas requeridas, competencias intermedias o avanzadas son deseables)
