Green Network Energy is a fast-growing solar company dedicated to providing renewable energy solutions that save our customers money and reduce their carbon footprint. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Solar Lead Revive Specialist to join our dynamic team.
*Job Overview:*
We have a high volume of appointments that didn’t convert into sales, classified as "Price No Sale" (PNS) leads. Your role will be to follow up with these leads and re-engage them, ultimately getting our closers back in the door. We need someone with solar experience who understands our business, making the training process seamless.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Call and follow up with PNS leads to re-engage their interest in our solar solutions.
- Effectively communicate the value of our solar products and services, overcoming any previous objections.
- Schedule follow-up appointments for our closers to meet with potential clients.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes in our CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions and maximize conversion rates.
*Requirements:*
- *Bilingual:* Fluent in English and Spanish.
- *Experience:* Minimum 1 year of experience in the solar industry.
- *Technical:* Strong, reliable internet connection and a quality headset.
- *Communication:* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- *Availability:* Full-time availability, 40 hours per week.
- *Reliability:* A strong track record of reliability and punctuality.
