Requirements:

  • Accountability: Own your tasks and ensure seamless execution.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage Calls: Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Effective Communication: Follow communication scripts when addressing various topics.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive records of all conversations in our call center database.
Technical & Physical Requirements:
  • High-Speed Internet: Must have a stable internet connection with a minimum of 20 MB upload and download speeds.
  • Modern Equipment: Possess a modern laptop/desktop with a working headset and mic (minimum I-5 generation 10 processor and 8GB RAM).
  • Quiet Workspace: Ensure a quiet and distraction-free work environment.
  • Backup Systems: Have power and internet backup to ensure uninterrupted service.
