- PROPÓSITO DE LA POSICIÓN:
Es dar soporte al departamento de R&D para Venezuela, en gestionar desarrollo de nuevos productos, planificar, organizar y controlar los recursos necesarios para llevar a cabo proyectos de manera exitosa.
- PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Realizar evaluación de riesgos y desarrollar planes de contingencia
- Coordinar y gestionar los recursos de los proyectos
- Desarrollar y mantener la documentación y los informes de los proyectos.
- Garantizar la calidad de los entregables del proyecto
- Brindar supervisión técnica y orientación al equipo del proyecto
- Brindar apoyo a en el desarrollo de nuevos productos.
- Crear y desarrollar base de datos R&D para Venezuela.
- Seguimiento a solicitudes de cliente, dar aportes a soluciones de empaque.
- Análisis y mejoras de los procesos.
- CONOCIMIENTOS Y EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDAS:
Educación y entrenamientos requeridos:
- Estudiantes de Ingeniería Industrial
- Manejo de herramientas Office (Excel, Proyect).
- Dominio de los principios y prácticas de ingeniería
- Dominio de los principios y prácticas de gestión de proyectos
- Fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas y pensamiento crítico
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo
Habilidades/Competencias:
