About the role

• Work Location : Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
• Reporting To : Commercial Director - Animal Nutrition (APMEA)

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow Kerry’s feed additive sales in Vietnam.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain sales with existing Kerry customers.
• Develop opportunities with key accounts.
• Manage distributors and and effective direct / indirect sales strategy
• Meet and exceed defined sales goals and targets.
• Provide technical support and product expertise to customers.
• Work closely with the technical team to develop the market.
• Track and report sales performance, customer insights, and market trends.

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Animal Nutrition
• Career experience in managing customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and specializing in poultry nutrition feed additives, particularly enzymes and probiotics.
• Experience working with both distributors and direct customers.
• Skilled in negotiation and closing deals.
• Track record meeting sales objectives.
• Experience solving customer concerns and delivering effective solutions.
