Enabling Functions - Application Expert (Vietnam)
Operating within the Application Technology Team of our IT the Enabling Functions Application Expert will be responsible for delivering IT application services for local enabling functions including finance, procurement, HR etc. The role will have responsibilities also within the wider APAC region.
What You Should Do:

• Support and maintenance of dedicated application services within enabling functions portfolio
• Interface with other our IT teams as required to provide service availability as per KPIs
• Manage vendors as required
• Estimate the effort and setup project with proper documents and schedule as required
• Manage the changes and deliver the product with user satisfaction
• Summarize and communicate the progress of project and change requests
• Effective reporting of project / change / task status to manager

Who You Are:

• 5+ years working experience in IT application support or a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of enterprise application systems and databases
• 3+ years experience in ERP support
• 3+ years experience in BI Reporting (Qlik View, Qlik Sense, Tableau, Crystal report, Microsoft Power BI, … etc.)
• 3+ years experience in .NET development (VB.NET, ASP.NET, C#)
• 3+ years experience in Microsoft SQL query, Store Procedure, Database Management and SQL Management Studio tool
• 1+ years project management or coordination experience
• Basic understanding of networking and server infrastructure: Windows Server, Microsoft SQL server, TCP/IP concept
• Fluent spoken and written in English
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills
• Customer orientation and commitment to quality
• Understanding of ITIL process would be advantage
• Experience in AI, Chat Bot, Python, Microsoft Solution: Outlook, Office365, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Share Point, …etc. would be advantage
