KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Job summary –

• Manages and ensures an efficient Training Department; develops qualified internal trainers and ensures the successful running of hotel training system. Ensures all training and development programs support the hotel business objectives’ achievement and overall performance improvement.

The Resort offers 375 pool villas with a configuration of 3 & 4 bedrooms. New World Phu Quoc Resort luxuriously reflects all the charm of the verdant Vietnamese island that is proving an increasingly irresistible lure to visitors from around the world.
