Job Summary
The Compliance and HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire human resources function of the organization, including compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role also involves managing public affairs, union knowledge, employment law, human rights, manufacturing law, safety, brand law, and sustainable law. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and experience in these areas.
Responsibilities:

• Government Affairs Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all government-related matters and interactions for the company's operations in Vietnam.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies governing the garment manufacturing industry.
• Liaise effectively with government agencies and authorities to manage the company's foreign affairs.
• Administrative Department Oversight:
• Oversee the daily operations and workflow of the administrative department.
• Implement efficient processes and procedures to streamline administrative tasks and improve productivity.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of the administrative team to ensure timely and accurate execution of duties.
• Organizational Support and Collaboration:
• Coordinate various administrative and logistical functions across different departments within the company.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
• Provide administrative support and guidance to the management team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant administrative management experience in garment manufacturing factories
• Higher Diploma or above in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Operations Management)
• Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, English, Mandarin, and Vietnamese
• Proven track record in handling government foreign affairs in the garment industry
• Mature, independent, proactive, and responsible work ethic
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking capabilities
