Content Copywriter - FMCG

Responsibilities:
1. Write compelling content for targeted audiences, tailored to different platforms: website, social media, email marketing, digital ads, print, press, blogs, newsletters, and other sales and marketing materials.
2. Develop and execute content marketing strategies tailored to each client’s goals and brand directions, such as brand storytelling, engagement, and driving sales.
3. Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and goal alignment. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative content ideas and campaigns.
4. Conduct research to understand consumer behaviour and decision-making processes; stay up-to-date with content marketing trends and latest news in the FMCG sector to keep content fresh, effective, and relevant.
5. Proofread and edit existing content. Consistently optimise content and strategy based on feedback, analytics, and relevant KPIs.
6. Meet deadlines and participate in different projects as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Proven experience as a Content Copywriter: 2-3 years of professional experience in creative writing, journalism or content marketing preferred
2. Strong creative writing skills demonstrated through a portfolio of work
3. Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and SEO best practices
4. Excellent written skills both in Vietnamese and English
5. High attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering quality work and meeting deadlines
6. Can-do attitude, eager to learn and adapt quickly to changing priorities and emerging trends
7. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with teams and clients
8. Experience working in e-commerce or with global brands is a plus
Salary and Benefits:

Working Hours and Location:
- Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday
- Location: Lac Long Quan, Tay Ho, Hanoi
