We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented Campaign Producers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing a variety of campaigns, promotions, and updates across our digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the strategy for optimising on-site search functions to deliver relevant search results for all customers
  
• Collaborate with ecommerce and merchandise teams to improve search algorithms at a macro and micro level that reflects category strategies
  
• Management and configuration of search tools (Unbxd & Elasticsearch)
  
• Monitor search analytics to identify trends, popular queries, and underperforming search results, using data to refine search logic and presentation
  
• Review top searches and identify opportunities to improve conversion on underperforming search queries
  
• Review null search results and implement rules to drive relevant results
  
• Create search strategies to support upcoming seasonal campaigns (fathers day, christmas gifts etc)
  
• Configure auto-suggest rules
  
• Working with product teams to understand new search features being deployed and take ownership of ongoing management
  
• Conduct A/B or multivariate tests on search queries to optimise
  
• Delivery of reporting on search results and make recommendations to improve results based on analysis
  
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience managing on-site search in an ecommerce environment.
  
• Strong understanding of search algorithms, ranking logic, and query processing within ecommerce platforms
  
• Experience with search tools such as Elasticsearch, Unbxd or similar technologies.
  
• Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics) and experience analyzing search performance data.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams
  
• Retail experience preferred
