Job Description
The leading role of the Customer SW Development project, who manages the SW Project regarding on Specification / on Time / on Cost / on Quality, focusing on Customer Platform/Mainstream development for the big China Customer project.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on Software Development strategy
• Manage SW Requirement from analysis to acceptance
• Plan and ensure delivery of SW work packages
• Control the SW Cost according to the SW Project Budget
• Ensure SW Quality and compliance with SW Development Process
• Inform SW project status and escalate for SW Project barriers
• Ensure achievement of the SW project targets
• Analysis of Rqmt based verification tracking results (SW)
• Reporting of SW-Project Status to Management in PRC-Level4

Qualifications

• Bachelor/master degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or in Automotive Engineering
• Good knowledge in Software, Embedded software
• Automotive background is preferred
• 7+ years of experience in embedded software development
• 4-5+ years of experience project management is preferred
• Basic knowledge in Safety concept according to ISO26262
• Self-discipline, self-motivation and strong team work spirit
• Good communication skills and English both in verbal and written
• Having experience working/collaborating with Japanese is preferred
