BGSV – Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (Previous name: RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited) is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch Gmb H.

BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.

Job Description
The Automotive industry has always been a sector of fast development. And Software is number‐one decisive competitive factor in the Automotive industry. Innovations require complex solutions with complex software functionality. Not only must the growing complexity be managed, but also safe behavior must be ensured.
Our product portfolio regards to implement product features in Automotive Electronic domain such as Body Control Module, Central Gateway from MCAL Layer, Basic SW to Application SW. Our electrical drives for windows and sunroofs are designed for safe and comfortable opening and closing functions. Seat motors and drives enable the vehicle passengers to adjust their seat to a more comfortable position for comfortable and secure driving.
As an Admin Intern, you will:

• Support for management.
  • Personal assistant to Japanese department head (Communication can be in English)
  • Visitor & Customer coordination from other countries (Travel arrangement, Meeting preparation)
  • Other tasks to be assigned by managers.
• Support for associates.
  • Secretary tasks (purchase, prepare meetings, asset management, team engagement, on boarding support etc…)
  • Event organization (Department meeting, Group Meeting, Workshops)
  • Data management for department
  • Training coordination
• Improvement for admin topics
  • Proactively propose efficiency improvement for admin topics

Qualifications

• 3rd – 4th student in Business, Foreign language, Economics who can work in 6 months.
• Excellent English skills both in Speaking and Writing
• Preferably, with a good Japanese language skills (not mandatory)
• Good communication and interpersonal skill and team work
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Power point)
• Customer service mindset, with a good eye for detail
