Job Description
Bosch Car Multimedia team is looking for full-time Admin (Intern)
The CM team develops high-quality, state-of-the-art Automotive Head Unit and Home Appliance Linux/Android-based systems. Together with other Bosch locations worldwide, we provide software solutions for navigation, vehicle functions, autonomous driving, camera, and Io T features to the car marker.
Our team also contributes to Bosch smart home & Io T solutions through SW delivery to Home appliance products.
As an Admin Intern, your typical work activities include:

• Talent Management Support: Conduct orientation interviews for new hires.
• Facilities Management: Monitor, allocate departmental assets and accessories to associates, raise the ticket for fixing or improvement, purchase the stationery and office equipments as per regulations.
• System Administration: Create User IDs and PC for new hires, maintain employee records, oversee claims and payments, and manage exit procedures, receive/send couriers.
• Reporting: Maintain assets and accessories file of department, update organizational charts, and other relevant documents.
• Engagement Activities: Organize guest receptions, department meetings, corporate outings, workshop, long-year service celebration and gift distributions.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Complete additional assignments delegated by Serk and the Department Head.

Qualifications

• Final-year students majoring in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or Hospitality, available for full-time work for a 6-month period.
• Strong English language skills (speaking and writing).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Power Point, Excel, etc.).
• Hardworking, enthusiastic, dynamic, and meticulous.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with keen attention to detail.
• Note: Can provide a recommendation or introduction letter from their university upon onboarding.
