Job Description

• Be responsible for Employer Branding programs (both students and professionals) including planning, communication, execution and coordination.
• Design and create creative artwork for Employer Branding programs and events.
• Ensure programs goals and objectives within estimated budget.
• Partner with university key stakeholder for collaborative activities and continuous improvement.
• Participate in academic integration programs to build up young talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders at all levels to deliver tasks and projects on time.
• Build up and implement communication plans to be consistent with company EVP and internal culture.
• Manage consistent visual and content on company social media.

Qualifications

• Experience in employer branding, marketing or related roles
• Proven experience in planning and executing projects and events
• Experience in content writing
• Experience in digital marketing and social media management
• Experience in high-tech/software company
• Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese (equivalent IELTS 7.0)
• Proficient in graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop). After Effects and Premiere Pro will be an added advantage
• High sense of art, creative thinking, result-oriented and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Strong stakeholder management with diverse portfolio (External partners: Professional, Head of Faculty, Top Students / Internal: Technical Experts)
• Familiar with social media platforms and content management
• Have knowledge of Embedded / Automotive will be an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Enthusiastic and proactive attitude
