• Follow up with production to build new designed process completely in compliance to LEAN concept.

• Develop, verify, and validate products from process development to successful commercialization.

• Work closely with Production/ Maintenance / Automation Engineer to improve tools

• Manage development of new liners (knitted) and yarn as per requirement

• Responsible for liner knitting validation

• Perform quality improvement First Pass Yield/ Rolled Throughput Yield (FPY/RTY) initiatives on existing products

• Support Sourcing and QA for technical matters

• Support to develop new document to adapt required production operations.

• Create the Standard Work and guideline for production.

• Support to all the change of process

• Involve company activities such as Safety, Fire, Health, Team building, Audits…

• Support special projects as required.

• Participate in process improvement projects to improve product quality, decrease cost, and - improve product performance.

• Design tooling, fixture

• Bachelor’s degree and above in Textile Engineering or Mechanical Engineer.

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experiences in production management

• Experience in Textile/ Garments/ Glove Manufacturing is in advance

• Experience in ERP D365 or SAP

• Strong analysis, Strong Problem-Solving Skills and investigation capabilities

• Implement and create an Improvement plan

• Good English skill

• Presentation and communication skills

• Teamwork
