The Engineer - Next Gen Production at TK Molding will collaborate with the Global team to implement new projects, ensuring all tasks adhere to the agreed timeline and meet quality standards and requirements. After the setup stage is complete, this role will transition to a Process Improvement Engineer, addressing quality and equipment issues. The engineer will work with the Global team to conduct root cause analysis and follow up on improvement actions to ensure issues are resolved.

1. Project Management:
A. For start up phase:

• Representative for BBVN to participate into project kick off meeting.
• To work with project team to create the URS for projects.
• To hold the meeting with BBVN team to review/revise URS make sure all the requirement is fulfilled then confirm to project team
• To organize the BBVN team to the meeting with prject team/ supplier to finalize the URS/ FS
• Organize the BBVN team to participate the meeting for design review of equipments

B. For Implementation phase:

• Coordinate with BBVN teams to make the detail timeline for each project.
• Coordinate with related departments to well prepare the resource for each project.
• Representative the BBVN to the meeting with BBM' Project team to update for the project timeline / issue/ action plan...
• Do FAT
• Drive and lead team to implement the project at BBVN:

+) RFQ for equipment movement into production.
+) Preparing the production layout for new equipment.
+) Imprort equipment.
+) Work Permit
+) Transportation.
+) Do commisioning
+) Do SAT: Testing, Filling study, Do E,

• Root cause analysis and follow up the improvement actions for any open points of project until solved.
• Completed all the tasks to close project.

2. Chang control/ Validation activity:

• To manage the local change control for re- arrange production layout for all the Dosifix equipment/ proecesses to get space for Next gen equipments.
• Do equipment risk/ processes analysis for new equipments & new processes
• Co-operation with teams to implementation the validation activities:

+) Meeting to review/update the actual status of validation activities.
+) Make/follow up the action plan for any issue happen at validation

3. Reporting and documentation:

• Completed requirement documents: Test requistion, MAC, Filling study report, Do E report...
• Make operation documents ( SOP/ WI/ Check sheet/...) for new production equipments/new processes.

4. Others task:

• Work with production team to learn up the issues happen at current production processes to get more exeperience on root cause analysis and problem solving.
• Learn up the knowlege of injection ( injection process development/ filling study/ Do E...)

5. Future scope of work
Work as process improvement engineer:

• Collect all the issues happen with next gen products or equipment then work with BTC/ Project team to analysis the root cause and follow up the action plans until problem to be solved.
• Study for kaizen improvement of Next gen production processes.

II. Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Technical background: Mechanical, Automation,..
• At least 2 years working in production, experience on injection molding process.
• Experience on the project management is an avancetage.
• Knowledge in Lean 6sigma, Minitab, Automation process is prefered
• Good English (both speaking & writing)
