JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with interpreting at meetings with advisory teams and international partners, including interpreting for meetings and events from Vietnamese to English and vice versa.

• Translate business documents, contracts, reports, and other project-related documents.

• Support the Executive Board in scheduling meetings, organizing tasks, and coordinating with partners both domestically and internationally.

• Prepare and track documentation for Executive Board meetings; take notes, compile summaries, and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.

• Serve as a communication bridge between the Executive Board and other departments, as well as with international partners.

• Perform other tasks and report progress as directed.

WORKING TIME & LOCATION:

• Location: District 2, Ho Chi Minh City.

-Working hours: Monday – Saturday (8am - 5pm), with a 1-hour lunch break. Saturday is a half-day.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Bachelor’s degree in English Language, Interpretation, Translation, or a related field such as Economics/Business Administration.

• Proficiency in English (preferably with international certifications like IELTS, TOEIC, TOEFL) with strong written and verbal communication skills for a business environment.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in interpretation or as an assistant.

• Strong time management, task organization, and quick problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and in teams, with a high sense of responsibility.
