• AR Bookkeeping

• Issue VAT and commercial invoices: Create and send invoices to customers, including Value-Added Tax (VAT) and commercial invoices.
• Check sales invoice, sales report, and discount reports: Review and verify sales transactions, including invoices, sales reports, and discount reports.
• Check stock in notes and stock out notes: Monitor inventory levels by tracking stock in and stock out notes.

• AP Bookkeeping

• Booking voucher of company expenses: Record company expenses, such as vouchers, for accounting purposes.
• Preparing 'Telegraphic transfer', cash receipt voucher, cash payment voucher: Prepare various financial documents, including telegraphic transfers, cash receipts, and cash payments.
• Record cash receipt/cash payable voucher, bank receipt/bank payment voucher: Record financial transactions related to cash and bank accounts.
• Trade AP reporting, payment plan: Manage accounts payable (AP) reports, including payment plans and schedules.
• Trade AP reconciliation with suppliers: Reconcile accounts payable with suppliers to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.

• VAT declaration monthly: File monthly VAT declarations with the relevant authorities.
• Reporting: Report upon request by higher level

Age: From 23 years old
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting or related fields.
Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in the manufacturing company
• Good knowledge about accounting
• Have basic knowledge about taxation (Corporate income tax, VAT)
• Have experience about account payable and account receivable

Soft skills:

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Good management skills such as planning skills, analytical skills, problem solving skills, etc…
• Good English communication skills.

Working Location: Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Binh Thang Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province (18km from Sai Gon bridge, 9km from Thu Duc intersection, 2km from Dong Nai bridge, 5km from National Highway 1K. The Office and Factory are located in a single location.)
