ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Admin Related Work

• Computing Insurance and Trade Union fees and PIT; and
• Registering for the social insurance declaration software;
• Conducting the procedure for registering Social Insurance Code;
• Payment insurance for the insurance
• Conducting the procedure for changing information with Department of Social Insurance
• Conducting the procedure to liaise with the Department of Social Insurance for labor related issues (Applying for regular matter).
• Preparing and submitting the periodical reports related to HR matters to the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs ("DOLISA”)
• Check and ensure the inventory list up to dated
• Monthly doing reconciliation inventory balance stock with our suppliers
• Assist to issue Purchase order and Payment Reciept
• Prepare booking journals.

VAT & Invoices

• Sorting, classifying and checking the validity of VAT invoices and vouchers;
• Issuing VAT invoices based on require of Client;
• Making a list of invoices, vouchers of sold goods and services;
• Making a list of invoices and vouchers of purchased goods and services;
• Preparing and submitting monthly or quarterly declarations of VAT via online;
• Preparing and submitting monthly or quarterly declarations of PIT via online
• Liaise with tax department on behalf of Client regarding PIT declaration
• Assist on Registration for Personal Tax PTT.
• Update the Client of the PIT payable and monitor PIT payments in accordance with the regulatory deadline.
• Liaise with tax department on behalf of Client regarding VAT declaration;
• Assisting with tax payment via online;
• Update the Client of the VAT payable and monitor VAT payments in accordance with the regulatory deadline.

Account Related

• Assisting with PIT payment via online
• Registering Personal Income Tax ("PIT") code for the employees and their dependent person(s)
• Registering Certificate of PIT withholding
• Submitting monthly or quarterly report on use of Certificate of PIT withholding;
• Issuing Certificate of PIT withholding
• Preparing and submitting annually declaration of PIT finalization via online
• Bookkeeping for arising transactions;
• Computing temporary of monthly/quarterly of Corporate Income Tax (CIT);
• Assisting with tax payment via online
• Preparing and submitting annually declarations of CIT finalization via online
• Preparing and submitting of financial statements (including Balance Sheet; Income statement; Statement of Cash Flows; Notes to the financial statement; and Trial Balance) for tax authority and statistical office via online; and
• Working with the auditing firm during the auditing process (if any)

1. Account Receivable (AR)

• Monthly doing reconciliation to make sure all VAT invoices are fully issued.
• Follow and calculate commission, revenue from sales report, issue invoices and record revenue into the accounting system.
• Check banked-in collections daily from customers and then record into the accounting system.
• Check & make reconciliation output VAT invoices to ensure they are recorded fully with the correct amount in accurate manner.
• Work with other departments in Vietnam and Malaysia to follow up collection and manage aging receivables

2. Account Payable (AP)

• Weekly doing reconciliation the data and submit AP into accounting system
• Proceed payment to supplier by weekly/Monthly
• Other tasks assigned by Reporting Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor degrees in Finance/Accounting, with Experience of working with foreign start-up company is a big plus.
• Proactive, careful, hard-working and highly responsible.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Verbal & Written).
• At least 2 year experience in Accounting/Finance.
• Assist for other relevant work of our company in Vietnam
