Our TeamWe are looking for contribution motivated individuals for our Finance team who are willing to learn and able to work well with team.
Finance Business Partner will work closely with Molex colleges, Local authorities, external consultant, vendor, suppliers, auditors.
What You Will Do

• Work with other section managers to support them improve cost structure and business result.
• Coordinate with other Molex teams and out-side partners to support smooth operation of Vietnam operation.
• Act as a finance business partner to improve cost structure and business results.
• Perform costing activities including cost update, release, analyze, report and propose to improve cost competitiveness. Support costing activities for new and transferred products.
• Monitor inventory data and initiate to support the improvement of inventory management. Coordinate with PC and external auditors (at year end only) to conduct annual physical inventory taking in Dec.
• Control Fixed assets including forecast, review, report capex as required by divisions; Analysis and control fixed asset, review quarterly and physical checking every year to make sure the safety of company FA.
• Coordinate with Global Business Service (GBS) and other Molex global functions, capabilities to support local operation and make sure of accuracy of financial reporting.
• Support locally to deal with local taxation authorities pertaining to CIT, WHT... and handle the taxation maters of company. Work with auditor, tax advisor, banking relations.
• Perform other duties relating to her/his role and responsibility and as assigned and agreed with management.

Requirements

• University degree (major in Accounting /Finance / Economic / Commerce)
• Preferred candidate with Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• 2-4 years of accounting & finance experience; Work for foreign owned companies and in manufacturing companies.
• Good English; Strong computer skills, especially experience with spreadsheet and database software
• SAP knowledge is preferred
