• Job description

1. Data Entry: Inputting financial data into Misa accounting system, spreadsheets or databases.
2. Filing and Organizing: Keeping financial documents organized and easy to access.
3. Expense Tracking: Recording and categorizing expenses for the finance team.
4. Document Management: Assisting with managing contracts, invoices, and other financial documents.
5. Vendor Communication: Communicating with vendors regarding invoices or payments.
6. Basic Administrative Support: Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and other general office tasks

• Requirements

Current student/ Graduated student majoring in Accounting
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, Accounting Software
Attention to detail, careful, well - organized Interest in administrative procedures and clerical work Proactive, flexible, eager to learn
