(Mức lương: 10 - 20 triệu VNĐ)We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team at MATRIX MANUFACTURING VIET NAM COMPANY LIMITED.
Fluency in English communication and reading/writing (emails, records, and documentation) is essential.
Responsibilities:

• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.

• Manage the recruitment and selection process.

• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.

• Nurture a positive working environment.

• Maintain pay plan and benefits program.

• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

• Develop and implement policies, compensation and benefits.

• Work with auditors during an audit process.

• Salary range 10M-20M VND, negotiable according to ability.

Language:

• Must be fluent in English and comfortable with English communication. Listening skills, and writing/reading skills are essential.

• Knowledge of Chinese is valued, but not compulsory.

Work Experience:2+ years of experience in an HRM role in manufacturing factory.
Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and regulations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion. -

• Experience in working with auditors and manufacturing company is an advantage.
